Diamond customers:
The original laboratory certificate or a photocopy of, will be sent with the diamond. We allow you seven (7) days from the time you receive the diamond to have it verified against the certificate by a local gemologist/appraiser and to confirm your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our guiding light and concern above all.
Refund policy:
Your total satisfaction is guaranteed!!! Check and cash customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price, shipping and insurance not included. A 2% bank processing fee will be deducted on credit card returns, plus shipping and insurance.
(Shipping is not refundable)
Returns:
We must be notified prior to making any, and "all" returns in advance
. All returned items must be received in original condition. Any items altered or damaged while in your possession shall be rejected for refund. For your protection, we suggest returns be sent via US registered/insured mail. ADOL is not responsible or liable for damage to items in return shipment to us.
